Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
Less Than Load (LTL) items must have the pallet they came on.
Buyer's remorse returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
Accepted shipments - Customer must set up return and provide return tracking # and carrier. Full refund, minus the restocking fee. It is advisable to photograph the package from each side upon receipt.
Refused shipments - Blue Wave pays for the return. A restocking fee applies and the original shipping cost is not refunded.
