Zen Pergolas Shipping Policy
MAINLAND USA: Shipping is free for all orders delivered to a mainland USA address.
CANADA, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA & HAWAII and Overseas: We Cannot ship to these locations at this time.
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. On rare occasions, shipping may take longer. We will notify you by email if this is the case. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
All orders will ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times can vary based on location but most items will arrive at your doorstep within 7 days of placing your order.

Zen Pergolas Warranty Policy
At ZenPergolas.com, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to enjoy them with confidence. Below is an outline of our warranty coverage:
Pergola Brackets – 5 Year Warranty
All metal pergola brackets purchased from ZenPergolas.com are covered by a 5-year warranty. This warranty guarantees that the brackets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any issues arise within the 5-year period, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you.
Shade Canopies – 1 Year Warranty
Our shade canopies are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Please note that in order to ensure the longevity of your shade canopy:
• Wind protection: Shade canopies should be removed or secured in high winds exceeding 35 mph.
• Snow exposure: Shade canopies should never be exposed to snow or ice.
Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
Warranty Coverage & Process
If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact ZenPergolas.com, and we will assess the situation. In our sole discretion, we may choose to either repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. However, ZenPergolas.com is not responsible for any installation or labor costs associated with replacing parts.
Limitation of Liability
Our warranty is limited to the coverage outlined above and does not extend beyond the repair or replacement of defective parts. ZenPergolas.com is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, whether caused by defects or any other reason.

Zen Pergolas Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our pergola systems are made with the finest quality materials so we rarely have any problems. But if your item is damaged or defective in any way, we are more than happy to assist you. Please refer to the situation below to see how we handle each situation:
• I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER: If you decide you want to cancel your order before it has shipped, we can cancel your order with no penalty and issue you a full refund. Typically, items ship within 24 hours of orders being placed.
• MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR HAS DEFECTS: If your product appears to have been damaged during shipping or looks like it has any defects, please contact us so that we can send out a replacement part. We may ask you to send us pictures of the item before a replacement part is sent out.
• I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER: If you would like to return your order within 30 days of receiving it for any reason other than damage or defects, penalties will apply. We will issue you a full refund for your order MINUS the cost to ship it to you originally, MINUS the cost to have it shipped back to us and MINUS a 15% restocking fee*. If you still decide that this is the course of action that you would like to take, please contact us so we can send you a return shipping label with an affixed RMA number. Refunds will not be issued if you return the item without contacting us first as returns are often sent to a different location than the one you received it from and require an RMA number to be accounted for correctly.
*Pergola brackets are large, heavy & made of powder-coated steel. If each piece is not packed with sufficient bubble wrap and tightly packed with the other pieces in the shipment, it is very likely that the paint will scratch and/or chip. Refunds will not be issued if returned items are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
